	YTL e-Solutions is a technology incubator and is part of YTL Corporation, one of Asia's leading public listed companies. YTL e-Solutions is listed on the MESDAQ exchange of Bursa Malaysia with RM1,049 million (as at 31 January 2010) of paid-up share capital. The company invests in young technology related businesses with products and services to commercialise. Through its subsidiary, Y-Max Networks Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Bizsurf (M) Sdn Bhd), YTLe holds a Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX) licence for a 2.3 GHz wireless broadband access spectrum, which was awarded by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to roll out a nationwide WiMAX network in Peninsular Malaysia.

	YTL e-Solutions has a very strong balance sheet with a paid up capital of RM987 million (as at 30 November 2009). The company is backed by the YTL Group, who has a wide network of business relationships in Malaysia and around the globe and is supported by a strong Management Team, led by the highly acclaimed Tan Sri (Dr.) Francis Yeoh.
